Break Forth 2017

The Break Forth Canada conference is our annual retreat for my wife and me... this year's event returned to the Shaw Conference Centre, and we enjoyed the weekend with 14 other friends being renewed and equipped...

"There is one body and one Spirit, just as you were called to one hope when you were called;  one Lord, one faith, one baptism;  one God and Father of all, who is over all and through all and in all."

Some quick gestural sketches from the summer... rhubarb leaves from Sunnyside Camp, a nice subject for loosening up a little.

holiday eateries part 1

Some of the restaurants, eateries, and cafes along our somewhat recent trip to the interior British Columbia.

1. Sitting outside along the sidewalk at Block Kitchen and Bar in Banff, AB.

2: Overlooking the vast BC mountains and lakes from a hillside patio at Citadella, in Radium Hot Springs, BC.

3: A lunch break at the Snowdrift Cafe in Kimberley, BC.

4: Awesome fish 'n chips at Tim's Fish & Chips on the northern outskirts of Creston, BC, before a scenic evening drive towards Nelson.
